Rising indie-pop duo The Ivy are set to embark on a North American tour in Spring 2025, bringing their distinctive blend of dreamy synths and heartfelt melodies to cities across the country. The Tulsa-based duo—Wyatt Clem (vocals, guitar) and Shawn Abhari (synth, bass)—will be joined for the entire tour by indie-pop singer-songwriter Lyncs.
The tour kicks off on March 25th in Albuquerque and will make stops in major cities including Los Angeles, Chicago, New York, Philadelphia, Boston, and Nashville, before concluding in San Antonio on April 23rd. Known for their polished production and infectious songwriting, The Ivy have gained a loyal fanbase, and their live performances continue to enhance their reputation as one of indie-pop’s most compelling acts.
Adding to the excitement, The Ivy and Lyncs will release a collaborative single, "Don’t Fall Asleep To This," on February 21st. The song delves into the complexities of long-distance love, blending The Ivy’s smooth production with Lyncs’ deeply introspective lyricism, creating a poignant and relatable anthem.
The Ivy was formed after Clem and Abhari met at The Academy of Contemporary Music in Oklahoma City, where they immediately connected over their shared vision for vibrant, emotionally driven pop music. Since their debut in 2017 with viral hits like "Gold" and "Have You Ever Been In Love," they have continued to refine their sound, culminating in their 2024 debut album, A Door Still Open.
Their live performances have solidified their presence in the indie-pop scene, whether headlining tours, co-headlining with DBMK, or opening for acts like Grayscale, The Band CAMINO, and LANY.
Lyncs, the musical project of Jacqueline Hynes, combines shimmering electronic textures with introspective, evocative songwriting. Influenced by artists like Lorde, The 1975, and The Japanese House, Lyncs has developed a style that is both modern and emotionally resonant. Her catalog includes standout singles like "just being honest," "Prom Queen," and "Obvious," and her latest EP, SICK + SIN, highlights her continued evolution as an artist and producer.
Both The Ivy and Lyncs bring a unique perspective to indie-pop, blending rich, melodic production with deeply personal themes. Their upcoming tour and collaboration are sure to connect with fans who appreciate immersive and emotionally engaging music.
