It’s not often anymore you hear something that has good soul roots to it, but this does. It’s a little Otis Reading, Marvin Gaye and a vocal that reminds a little bit of a mellowed out Lionel Richie. The music has a hint of country gospel to it but mostly is just good old fashioned R&B. This has good elements from multiple genre’s all used exactly how they should be. The video is fun but literally you could have showed me anything and I’d be fine with it because the song is good.
