Brooklyn’s Murder Tag who claim to be a supergroup includes people I don’t know of. Putting that aside this is kind of like a mix of classic goth in the vein of everything Daniel Ash was involved in like Bauhaus, Tones on Tail and Love & Rockets but with more of a shoegaze vibe. It also adds crunchy metal-ish guitars which unfortunately push it a little into the Evanessence realm. One influence they site is the film The Crow and when I read that I was instantly transported back to 1996 when you couldn’t show up to a punk show without one kid dressed up in a leather duster with his face painted. This kind of works if that is what they are going for, if you were around during that time and are yearning for a track that sounds like it could have been part of The Crow soundtrack then you might really dig this band.
