In Between Days adds The Beths to summer festival lineup

One of the more exciting summer music festival lineups has gotten even better. Massachusetts’ In Between Days Festival has announced The Beths as its 24th band set to perform at its 2023 edition, going down August 19 and 20 at Veterans Memorial Stadium in Quincy.

The celebrated New Zealand indie rock band joins In Between Days after a string of opening dates this summer with The National. And The Beths join a stacked lineup, as this year’s In Between Days lineup is headlined by Modest Mouse and Lord Huron, with Phantogram, Trampled By Turtles, Sunny Day Real Estate, Cautious Clay, and Yoke Lore, Blitzen Trapper, Allison Ponthier, Weakened Friends, shallow pools, Illiterate Light, Slothrust, and others performing across two stages.

The expansive, open-air festival grounds of Veterans Memorial Stadium, home of the New England Free Jacks pro rugby team, will boast a vendor marketplace, a retro arcade, vinyl pop-up record shop, and plentiful local food and drink options, making it one of the more unique festival atmospheres in New England.

"We are so excited that In Between Days is expanding to two days for 2023,” says festival founder Alex Magleby. “After great feedback following our first year, our lineup has grown exponentially and is stacked with two stages of great local and global musical talent, our new vintage marketplace will feature everything from thrifting to vinyl and the retro arcade will double in size. We're excited about our diverse food and beverage vendors. We really can't wait to bring this community back together to share the expanding experience with new friends and artists at Veterans Memorial Stadium in Quincy this August.”
