drone-in-the-woods & Electro/Magnetic: Lymphae LP

Drone in the Woods & Electro/Magnetic's freshman collaborative effort, Lymphae, features 8 tracks of luscious, synthetic sounds, droning, wooing, and occasionally thumping its' way through more casual fare. This dynamic album, the brainchild of Keith Sutton (Drone in the Woods), and Nicola Maggi (Electro/Magnetic), was conceived as a series of tracks, developed yet unfinished, by each of the two partners. They then traded these unfinished works, and allowed one another to work to finish the tracks, until they had finally created the final output: Lymphae.

Ambient soundscapes, and arpeggio chill hop are the main course of the day. One part Tangerine Dream, one part Phillip Glass, and a mix of sounds reminiscent of The Future Sound of London, has resulted in the pair creating an album that fans of an extremely wide birth of electronic music can enjoy. If you live within the night, grab your vr glasses, hop into your flying car, and fly away with Lymphae blaring in your speakers.
