4 dudes from 4 different Latin American countries and a love for that Epi-Fat sound have put out a new single under the name BackHome. The standalone track is called "Visita" and addresses all your melodic skatepunk needs. The band wastes no time with a "Not Your Savior" type guitar melody which leads into a double-time verse and a catchy chorus, a bridge that nods to Lagwagon's "Smile" with its guitar harmonies, and sleek production to seal it all in. While the track itself might come off a bit derivative, the band executes the sound well and their love for the style shows in their delivery. BackHome are using proceeds from their single to fund their upcoming EP with no release date yet slated.
