Florida-born indie-pop singer Nep is quickly emerging as one of the most captivating new voices in alternative pop. Following the success of her viral acoustic performance of “Doc” from her Nep’s Storybook EP and the release of standout singles “Girls On TV” and “All Around Beauty,” Nep has returned with her latest single, “Biketoberfest,” a shimmering and introspective pop track that solidifies her growing influence.

Drawing from her experiences growing up in a small Florida town known for its loud motorcycle rallies, “Biketoberfest” reflects Nep’s sense of displacement and the liberation she found after leaving home. It’s an anthem of self-discovery and quiet rebellion—an ode to realizing your identity once you step outside the environment that shaped you. With its layered production, emotional warmth, and signature melodic flair, the song continues Nep’s streak of releasing modern, relatable pop with a nostalgic heart.

The new single arrives alongside the announcement of three headline shows this fall. Nep will perform at The Echo in Los Angeles, CA (November 4), The Red Room at Cafe 939 in Boston, MA (November 8), and Mercury Lounge in New York City, NY (November 9, 2025). Rising artist Abby Powledge will provide direct support on all dates, with tickets available to the public beginning September 19 at 10 a.m. local time.

A graduate of the University of Miami’s Frost School of Music, Nep’s rise has been fueled by her unique charm, sharp songwriting, and viral success across social media platforms, where she’s amassed more than 5 million likes on TikTok. Her mix of sweet, sincere storytelling and indie-pop polish has earned her spots on key playlists like New Music Friday, Fresh Folk, Lorem, All New Indie, and Indie Pop, while also landing her opening slots for Grent Perez, Ricky Montgomery, and mxmtoon.

With “Biketoberfest,” Nep continues to expand her colorful world of introspective yet infectious pop, marking the start of a new, confident chapter for an artist who’s only just getting started.
