This song is nice and I hear everything from the BeeGees to Modern Indie Pop like Claud or Phoebe Bridgers type acts as an influence. The vocal reminds me of a few different contemporary guys from Alex Church of SeaWolf to guys like Tim Williams of Quiet Canyons and a whole slew of other people in between. This was definitely a bit of a surprise to see come out of Nashville, I assumed this was an LA or Brooklyn thing. What I like about this is it could have easily been a traditional country song had it had slide guitar and acoustic instruments but it was taken in an ultra modern direction with robotic drums and catchy synth patterns along with humming and electronic buzzing and little hints of electric guitar. The track features Liz Cooper & The Stampede and Desert Noises, and is off Glass Dove's upcoming full length. It was produced by Owen Biddle (The Roots, John Legend). Overall I can see why this band is starting to garner attention and people on streaming services are checking this out. Looking forward to the full album that follows the path of the first two singles.
