Alt-rock band Atomic Life is back with a brand-new single, “Stolen Youth,” available now on all music platforms. The track blends energy and emotion, filled with warmth and an exciting mix of rock influences. Known for their bold lyrics, Atomic Life takes a fresh approach in this release, combining melancholy with upbeat rhythm.
“Stolen Youth” stands out with its unique sound, as the band embraces electronic elements for the first time. Frontwoman Adea Frances has a special way of matching dark lyrics with danceable music, creating a striking contrast that gives the song its distinctive feel. The band has shared that this blend of reflection and rhythm will be a key part of their future music.
Based in New York, Atomic Life is made up of drummer Billy Rymer (The Dillinger Escape Plan), guitarist Cody Hosza (Glassjaw), bassist Michael Sadis (The Rivalry), and the innovative frontwoman Adea Frances. Frances brings a new, multi-disciplinary energy to the scene, combining powerful vocals with surreal, thought-provoking lyrics that connect with listeners on a deep level. Atomic Life shares similarities with indie pop favorites like Phantogram and Metric in their ability to blend alternative rock with electronic elements, creating a dynamic mix of emotional depth and danceable rhythms.
Since their debut in 2024, Atomic Life has already made waves by touring the West Coast with Alien Ant Farm and sharing the stage with Head Automatica. They’re set to hit the road again in March 2025, touring with The World Is A Beautiful Place & I’m No Longer Afraid to Die. This tour will be their first in Canada, and they will perform in major U.S. cities as well.
“Stolen Youth” is just the beginning of what promises to be an exciting year for Atomic Life. With their powerful mix of rock, electronic elements, and emotionally charged lyrics, they are a band to watch in the alternative scene. The future looks bright for this talented group as they continue to experiment and evolve their sound.
